So long sweet summer

I honestly cannot believe it is the fifth of August already. I was telling a friend the other night that, although I knew it would eventually come, I never really thought much about 2009. As far as I was concerned, 2008 was the end of life as I knew it and the beginning of what life was supposed to be. And yet, here I am with only 5 months left until 2010. Anyway, the summer has flown by (though there have been times when I’ve counted down the days) and I’ll be moving back to school in a mere 20 days. I’ve had the opportunity to spend the past month and a half working at a traditional camp in upstate New York. Some of the experiences have been noteworthy, so I plan to share them here.
